KS Bus Ventures provides professional passenger bus transport across India, including scheduled intercity services, seat reservations, bus hire and charter, group transport, and travel assistance. Availability of routes, schedules, and service classes is subject to change without prior notice.
All bookings are subject to seat availability at the time of confirmation. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment. KS Bus Ventures reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed or unpaid bookings. Passengers must carry valid ID proof at boarding.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may vary based on route, season, and service class. Payment must be made through authorised methods as communicated by our team.
Passengers must arrive at the designated pickup point at least 15 minutes before departure. KS Bus Ventures is not liable for missed departures due to late arrival. Behaviour that endangers or disturbs others is grounds for removal from service without refund.
Each passenger may carry up to 15 kg in undercarriage storage and one small carry-on bag inside. Excess luggage may incur additional charges. KS Bus Ventures is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to passenger belongings.
KS Bus Ventures shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, government orders, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify passengers via phone or WhatsApp where possible.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy at www.ksbusventures.online/refund.html. Passengers are advised to review it before booking.
Passengers may not carry explosives, flammable materials, narcotics, or weapons. Consumption of alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited on board. Violations may result in removal from the bus and reporting to authorities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KS Bus Ventures shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fare paid for the specific journey in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
KS Bus Ventures may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
