At KS Bus Ventures Private Limited, we understand that travel plans may change. This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations are accepted and refunds are processed. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.
Passengers may cancel by contacting us via phone (+91-8885656410), WhatsApp, or email (info@ksbusventures.online). Refunds are processed as follows:
If we cancel a scheduled service due to operational, safety, or regulatory reasons, passengers are entitled to a full refund processed within 7–10 working days, OR a complimentary reschedule to the next available service at no additional cost.
Rescheduling requests more than 24 hours before departure are processed free of charge (once per booking). Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur an administrative fee of ₹200 per seat. Fare differences, if any, are payable by the passenger.

Cash refunds are not provided. Processing fees and convenience charges are non-refundable.
KS Bus Ventures is a transportation service provider. Our "service delivery" refers to the commencement of your booked journey at the scheduled time and designated pickup point. There is no physical goods shipment involved. Digital booking confirmations (tickets) are delivered via SMS and/or email within 30 minutes of payment confirmation. We are committed to prompt delivery of all booking confirmations and travel arrangements.
KS Bus Ventures is committed to delivering every confirmed service on time with the promised vehicle class and amenities. In the event of a downgrade in service class due to unforeseen circumstances, passengers are entitled to a partial refund equal to the fare difference, credited within 5 working days.
Refunds will not be issued if the passenger arrives late and misses boarding, is denied boarding due to inappropriate behaviour or failure to present valid ID, delays are caused by traffic or weather beyond our control, or cancellation is made less than 24 hours before departure.
KS Bus Ventures shall not be liable for cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government orders, civil unrest, pandemics, or road closures. In such cases, we will make every effort to offer reschedules or partial refunds at our discretion.

Disputes arising from refund or cancellation requests shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India. We encourage passengers to resolve disputes through our customer support team before pursuing legal action.
