What is the luggage allowance per passenger?

Each passenger may carry up to 15 kg in undercarriage storage, plus one small carry-on inside the bus. Excess luggage may incur additional charges.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Are there rest stops on long journeys?

Yes. For journeys exceeding 6 hours, mandatory rest stops are scheduled at clean highway eateries approximately every 3–4 hours of travel.
